Hello, everyone! My name is Aimee Wickersham, Owner and teacher of RestoreYogaCo. I am passionate about the holistic healing journey, and serving people in that through the practice of yoga. Each time a client walks into my class, my desire is to help facilitate an environment of safety, accessibility, and healing through warmth, no judgement, and connecting with each person one on one. The physical asana practice of yoga and its healing properties is what has sustained my physical body through the hardest healing journey years of my life-I wanted to be able to offer that and give that gift to other people. I have been involved in the Lethbridge and area community through numerous areas of volunteering, (including the Lethbridge Pregnancy Care Centre outreach committee, youth leader at a local church, soup kitchen server, healing prayer team co counsellor and leader of the local moms group Pop In) and love seeing all different groups of people grow and heal and change.

I have a husband and two kids, as well as a service dog (in training!) for my autistic/ADHD daughter. If I am not teaching yoga, practicing yoga, being a mom, wife, or helping train the dog, you can find me at a good coffee shop with friends, shopping, or going to the mountains.

I look forward to meeting people, new and old, and having the humble opportunity to teach and lead people through the yoga practice.

“It didn't take long before attending Restore Yoga was the highlight of my week. Her teaching style is so gentle but encouraging and she is always available to coach. I went from being hardly able to touch my toes to touching my nose to my knees after two months! She also fosters such an amazing sense of community in her classes that have led to meeting so many new friends. Can't recommend enough!”
